After moving to New Mexico from Texas, I went to the Gallup office for my 6-month followup, which had always included blood work (CBC & Chem) plus Tumor markers. Dr. Tong didn't order any blood work, only gave me a cursory exam & renewed my Letrozole. Then I was charged a ridiculous amount. After getting excellent followup care (post-breast cancer lumectomy, chemo, radiation) at Texas Oncology, I was disappointed by the incomplete care I rec'd in Gallup. I will no longer be going there.
We have frank everyone here for their care!
I really love these folks! They seem to focus on the individual. I feel like their friend, not a patient. They used to be here in Las Cruces, too. Las Cruces definitely lost out when they had to leave.
It's one of the few healthcare places I've to, and I've been to so many!! Seems to have plenty of help-- getting very tried of hearing we are working on it. Great place very clean and respectful and great staff!!!�����
