Edwin and Eli were amazing today...they did such a great job and very timely...very friendly and knowledgeable and informative...I totally recommend New Method Restoration for any cleanups of a flood or any other emergency in your home...Kevin is awesome too...he came right away and set me up with Edwin and Eli..the best!!!!
I would highly recommend New Method Restoration. They deserve more than five stars! Ten minutes after I reached out, I received a call from the company, and soon after Keiron arrived and explained the process step by step. He was followed by Wilfredo and Jilo who spent many hours at my home dealing with cleanup. They did an excellent job and were very courteous.
Service was good. But support was not up to the mark. They kept sending me unnecessary bills and did not pickup my call or respond back on time.
