Our plumbers work with New Method. From Brandon the PM to John and Kilo who performed the remediation to the team picking up the equipment on Saturday - they each handled our emergency with care and kindness making the experience pleasant and stress-free. Brandon worked directly with our insurance carrier and the adjuster to get the claim moving forward and the remediation team was efficient and effective in addressing the situation. I highly recommend them.
Project manager Dustin came out immediately even though it was 8:00pm. Helped get the claim submitted and has been a point of contact, taking a lot of stress off me. The water restoration specialist crew were great, hard working, efficient and courteous. Special shout out to Henry but also Gabriel, Deyvin, and John Henry. Highly recommend!
