I have been seeing Alissa for three years now. She has been the only therapist that hasn’t given up on me. She doesn’t push me to get things figured out in a certain amount of time. I can go at my own pace. I don’t think I would be as far along in my journey had I not started seeing Alissa. She is a great therapist.

Our family loves New Mercies Counseling! Alissa is an excellent listener and is amazing with the kiddos using art and sensory play to help with discovery and healing. She truly cares about her clients and is a skilled therapist utilizing light therapy if applicable and offers biblical advice and counseling, when requested.

I am so thankful for New Mercies Counseling. Alissa is one of the most kind and caring people I’ve ever met. She obviously cares deeply for her clients and their well-being. She listens so well and she is knowledgeable, gentle, and patient. Her office is both professional and calming as well as welcoming and family friendly. I’m so grateful for this ministry.
