Firing good help for not breaking the law and refusing to force residents to get up out of bed when they say NO! TELL me again how this is a fireable offense!? This place needs to be reevaluated by some higher power and state and most of the great weld county ombudsman
I was sent home with a patient who needs insulin injections so they sent us home with Lantus but no injection needles. I'm not real sure she got the correct amount of insulin due to this. I AM NOT HAPPY! Your pharmacy method is very confusing as well and some of her meds aren't packed correctly. Some meds are combined that aren't taken at the same time so we have to correct that - I hope for your sake we do that right.

Nicest living facility I've ever seen for not bring rich. I wish that they had more staff to take care of people from 6 am to 10am.
