The building is OK and the view is nice, but the company that runs the place (MDI Management) and the people who work there (Tonya, Jesse, and Stacey) have zero integrity and will shamelessly lie to your face. Paid $1,500 here for a space with no countertops or anything really, meanwhile my new place costs the same and has in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, private patio, storage unit, pool, two bedrooms, a walk in closet, and a second bathroom. In a NICER area. 2. No one would ever respond to me within the time frame given after emailing. No one would work with me during rough times or work with me on a solution. Absolutely not recommended, they take advantage of young people, overcharge rent, rent checks just “disappear” we now owe some insane amount of money because of the prior management crimes. Nothing worked and when we moved out they had the Audacity to charge us for all new appliances?!? Absolute joke. And if not illegal definitely immoral
