Application was easy! Staff is super friendly and quick to respond! Apartments are in good condition! Sometimes there are some sketchy people hanging around, but I have never been bothered. Kitchens are on the smaller side but as someone who is not a big cook that is fine with me. My apartment happens to have a great view of Roxy Ann and downtown which was a big plus and also in walking distance of a tons of downtown establishments!
I do not live here but at another, Portland property managed by the same entity (MDI), and my experience has been great. The team respond quickly and have been willing to work with me whenever I have issues or questions. Tonya has been especially excellent and so easy to work with. After living at one MDI property for 2 years, I actually just transferred to different MDI property due to my genuinely pleasant experience with MDI, Tonya, and other management.
