Friendly staff. Both my daughter and I loved the PA for her kindness and great sense of humor. She broke the ice as soon as she walked in. Made my 10 year old feel welcome. We loved the place. Clean and wait time wasn’t long at all. In fact, my daughter prefers the follow up to be with the PA at this facility rather than at her pediatricians office. So I’ll be calling to schedule her follow up soon. Thank you for the amazing experience.
I had a very nice experience at the urgent care. Everyone was kind and very professional. A special thank you to Dr. Tayag who was very thorough and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of medical care. The clinic is very clean and it’s definitely a nice place to come and get taken care of-I am visiting from Texas and very pleased that my friend who lives here knew to recommend Urgent Care in Benicia.
Got in the room right away, waited a while there, but the service was great! The nurses were friendly and helpful, the service provider was very easy to talk to and very pleasant. He explained what was needed and why. and helpful tips for the future. The nurse performed the needed treatment efficiently and I was in my way! I’m from out of state but definitely would go back there when I’m in the area!
Entire staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was seen quickly, diagnosed and treated immediately. The meds prescribed have taken my pain level from 10+ to 1-2, and in a very short time, my recovery is showing progress. SHINGLES is no fun!!!
Last few days, I had a horrible toothache and woke up yesturday with it hurting worse, knew I needed to get some antibiotics. I got a hold of urgent care and, let me tell you what they really saved me. Woke up today feeling better. The antibiotics are helping so well. I will definitely be going back to them if I need something again.
