They are excellent! Margaret Schmidt was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Kevin was easy to talk to and made me feel at ease. They helped me tremendously when Kaiser didn’t. They called my prescriptions to Kaiser and they were ready when I arrived. Would definitely recommend them!
Easy to book and connect with intake prior to the visit. The PA listened, was clear and concise with the plan forward. He also offered a back up plan for an additional visit if the Rx doesn’t work in 2 days. 5 star for today.
I recently had a visit to examine my foot and take an x-ray, not all urgent care have x-ray in house. Process went well, but the electronic check in was a little redundant, you answer the same questions twice, then when the PA enters the room she asks some of the same questions again. Plus I have been there before, so when I check in, shouldn't the electronic medical records (EMR) still be on file and available? The onboarding process was smooth, all done through the phone (so make sure you have enough battery!). The front staff was knowledgeable and warm. I went in for wound care, a deep laceration (cut to my wrist). I wasn't a fan of the fact that my nurse not only didn't wear gloves when both assessing and removing the stitches (touching the wound almost directly with her bare hands) but also didn't wash them beforehand.
Went to Urgent Care on Sunday for a cold and bad cough. The front desk reception was very attentive, friendly, and polite. Appointment ran right on time. Doctor was thorough and explained everything I needed to know. Called in prescriptions immediately and scheduled my follow up appt quickly. Super happy with experience!
