I am terrified of needles due to trauma and sensory issues. For the last four years, I have been coming here for my COVID vaccines because it's less chaotic than someplace like a pharmacy and better meets my needs. As usual, Yvonne was very patient and understanding of my needs for extended time and extra support during the process. Between her technique and my topical numbing, she gave me an essentially painless shot. She's very kind and compassionate, and I highly recommend coming here and asking for her!

I was in excruciating pain in my neck and back and thought I injured myself from exercise but after the doctor heard my complaint, she quickly assessed that I needed an xray. I had no idea that they could do it on site so I was pleasantly surprised they had one. The doctor showed me I had 2 discs in my neck that had fused together. Reception was on the verge of rude. I imagine that they deal with difficult clients, but treating everyone like a difficult client is not the answer. They warmed up once my credit card was on file. You basically do all of your own paperwork on your phone. The doctor was awesome—empathetic and efficient. Strangely it seems like my information was sold to third parties as my text inbox is now full of messages from multiple telehealth clinics who claim I need to schedule appointments with them. I was able to make an appointment in less than 24 hours. The staff answered the phone and they’re very helpful. They confirmed my insurance and PA Margaret Schmidt was just great. She had looked at my medical record before we met, and provided me with medication’s and a referral and was knowledgeable and so kind and friendly.

This is a great urgent care clinic. I was lucky when I came because there was no weight, they were thorough, kind, and attentive. They completed all the necessary, diagnostics and prescribed medication’s to take care of my bad cough. I’m grateful for their service.
