Any pain or muscle problems my husband or I go in with they are gone an hour later. Truthfully, I would go every 3 days, Amy is that good. Peaceful, but she is willing to describe the proper technique for each problem area. “Time is to short when you are in her hands and elbow.” You will not be disappointed, with this life extending process.
