RecommendedFirst time visit (emergent, non-life threatening) was on a Sat just before closing. Loved how our Phoebe (& I) was treated! Def making them our primary care vet.
She’s phenomenal!! My three kitties went to New Market Vet. She always did such an amazing job with them...especially with my grouchy senior cat Dudley. She and the staff always remained calm whenever he would swat at them, or when he would meow all kinds of profanities at them. They took such wonderful care of my three kitties. Sadly, we moved across country to Washington State....there is no Dr. Ware here! :(
Dr Susan Ware and her staff are the most caring, professional pet care givers I have ever met. They took care of both me and my cat Feather during a very difficult time. I appreciate all they've done for us.

Dr. Ware and her staff go above and beyond to provide care for my cat who is very belligerent when they examine him. They provide follow-up phone calls to check on him when he has been ill. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Ware loved and. cared for a decade for my dear service dog who we had to put down. If I ever get another dog, I'll go to her.
