I toured an apartment with my niece and the staff was very friendly and informative.
I’ve been living here for almost a year now and they have been hiring new employees in the leasing office. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for the past couple of days due to noise right above me and no one has been able to reach back out to me regarding the voicemails that I’ve been leaving for them. I called numerous of times and no one answered. I went in and asked if they had any units available and they ask me to pull out my paystubs and do an application before i could tour a unit. Why would i fill an application for a unit if i haven’t even seen the unit first ??
The inconvenience and stress this place brings me is consistent tbh. I’ve been here since 2023 and the last management company that owned this place wasn’t ideal. However, this current management is something else. First issue was paying for parking for almost a year since they took over despite them not providing towing and arguing with me back and forth til I gave up.
