The lady that does the credit applications is rude as hell! Plus they advertise lower prices and once you pay the 50 dollar application fee they state they no longer have apartments for that price! That is false advertisement and a scam! I can’t believe they get away with it! They need to get rid of the lady that does the credit applications she has no customer service skills she actually hung up on my son while he was speaking and checking on the application status! She is rude as hell
The white lady at the desk has some kind of poor memory issue. Already a poor set back. The site does not say anywhere having to make 2 to 3x monthly rent. supposed to be affordable". The "Property manager" doesn't know of The Gurantors. And to have scheduled a viewing the day they are closed to come out and be told income is not enough.i believe 1200 is perfectly fine for 847 rent EVEN THOUGH I MAKING WELL OVER ENOUGH.
