I really wanted to love this salon because the environment was great and everyone seemed nice, but unfortunately I’m extremely disappointed with how my nails held up and how the situation was handled. I had my nails done only 9 days ago. Three days ago, one of my nails snapped off halfway — the entire extension broke off, leaving only part of the product on my natural nail. We were in the area and stopped by for some gel nails for my daughters and me. They took us right away as a walk in and none in our party had to wait. Their staff was friendly, fast and treated us so well. They even added extra floral designs on my daughter’s nails for free. She was over the moon! Great service at a very reasonable price. I look forward to going back here!
I have gone to multiple salons here in Framingham, and I can confidently say this is one of the best nail salons here. Everyone is very welcoming, sweet, and kind. They make sure you’re checked in, especially when you have an appointment, and even when they are busy, they still get you seated as soon as possible. While doing your nails, they make sure to ask you if everything is looking good and is to your liking.
