Bad customer service, rude disrespectful, one word the front desk girls are bullies... all of them ganged against a a lady the age of their mother... the lady could have dropped or fainted ... this is horrible this facility must SHUT DOWN
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! I paid more than 200$ for 6 sessions of hair removal! I went consistently within the appropriate time frame- every 4-6 weeks! Wasted my time as they made me (and everyone it seemed) wait at least 30 mins for your “appointment”... And you better get there on time- otherwise they give your appointment away!! So basically- prepare to waste an hr of your time at least! Get there early for your appointment time (just so they don’t give it away) and then wait 30+ mins past your appointment time... read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I had one of the worst experiences with the company and I do not recommend them to anyone. The price may be good but don't let it deceive you. Everyone who works here is cheap, rude and very unprofessional. The manager Ivana is also very unkind and unhelpful. One of the technicians Marina lasered a hole in my lululemon leggings when she was lasering my arms. She didn't even apologize and she also skipped many areas. Arrive on time and expect to wait. The treatment and price are worth it.
Doesn't matter if I arrive 20 minutes early, I always seem to have to wait at least 15-20 minutes past my appt time. With 3-4 ladies at the desk, they are not very helpful or friendly either.
It's true, everyone at the front desk is awful. I try and keep my face time with them short. All of the nurses have been nice though.
Make sure you come on time! They are great and fast but if u miss your appointment, the wait is horrible!!
