I had new gutters and an attic fan installed, they were efficient, did great work and clean up. The problem was lack of communication. I had to call 1-2 times for an update and was told they they would call 1-2 days before doing the project. I discovered the crew for the gutters on my roof several weeks later. No call, text, knock on the door or email , also didn't tell me that another crew would do the fan. After 1 1/2 months and another call to the office I finally had the fan installed. I just got new shingles, gutters and gutter guards, three new skylights and two glass block windows installed by New Look Exteriors and I am overwhelmingly pleased! From the opening phone call to the closing inspection everyone was very professional, courteous and helpful! And the workmanship was impeccable! I recommend them very highly if you’re looking for some exterior changes to your home!!
I have an old house so replacing the gutters was not as easy as initially planned. However, New Look worked with me to get a final result that both sides felt was of good quality. They have a very responsive and nice team. Would use them again. I specifically worked with Shane and Josh, both were great.
I requested to have a window replaced and resized (smaller) to accommodate an upcoming kitchen renovation. I specifically wanted the window placed at the right height to allow for the kitchen countertop site to act as the windowsill. New Look Exteriors delivered on this request and fixed the interior and exterior walls to look great.
