I first wrote this review 2 years ago and went back to get my glasses adjusted. I also bought a few pairs online and stopped into the store and Charles was amazing - he adjusted them for me at no charge and didn't ask any questions about it! One thing that surprised me was that he told me to return one of the pairs I bought online because it didn't fit properly, which isn't something all salespeople will do. Definitely coming back.

Though I was willing to pay for it, I just had two 'gentlemen' at Newlook Eyewear on O'Connor refuse to adjust my glasses because I had bought them online. They informed me that the material they were made of could not be adjusted and slapped the case back into my hand with enough force to sting. The aggression and unprofessionalism showed me was unpardonable. I really liked the service I got and my frames, but I went in today and it's gone!!! Kinda disappointed because I really appreciated the service I got. Now I have to find another store
