Really cool staff! They replaced a lost screw on my glasses without charge. Pretty nice looking store too!
I've had glasses from here and great friendly service Plus my mom just broke an arm on her glasses and they replaced with another spare arm at no cost, love these guys.
I have been going to New Look for over 10 years. The staff that is there, have been there forever. I think? lol I appreciate how they seem to just know what looks good on different people! I also love the fact that you have the WHOLE STORE to choose the 2 FOR 1! I have referred family and friends, who have also been very pleased with the service given. Keep up the good work!!
Had a really enjoyable time picking out frames at New Look on 2nd avenue. Great service I wasn't expecting my glasses until next week. Pleasant surprise to pick them up today. Again a very enjoyable experience with knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.
