J'ai échappé mes lunettes et un verre c'est détaché . Merci NewLook de me l'avoir réparé sans frais surtout quand on est en voyage c'est très apprécié
Eye exam supposed to be covered by social assistance claim slip, they accept it but you have to pay a $25 fee for a camera photo of retina. I didnt have to do this at my previous optometrist but i accept it in case I am wrong like the photo maybe is only taking every few years and it's a new place so they need one (benefit of the doubt) !!Heres the issues... On the phone when speaking to them they dont mention this even though they knew i had contact lenses, they waited till after when i was there to tell me that If you want... read more

Très mauvais service à la clientèle… J’ai commandé deux paires de lunettes, plus des clips solaires. On m’appelle quand les lunettes sont prêtes, mais on me dit que les clips arriveront plus tard. Ok pas de problème, j’irai les chercher. Mais on ne m’appelle jamais. Je me rends en succursale pour avoir plus d’informations et le personnel ne sait pas quoi faire… Ils refont la commande.
