The truth of the matter is this. The staff was nice and helpful. However they were clearly out of their depth of expertice when it comes to gaming consoles. I was warned about that but decided that since my Xbox Series X was overheating it would be a relatively straightforward fix. Long story short they replaced my fan saying it was faulty and they replaced the thermal paste. They completed the repairs and said that "The fan was a bit louder".
