Was told that they couldn't do anything because the sticker on the back of the device was worn off and it's not worth the repair.... even after I explained our unique situation (was willing to pay whatever necessary to fix). I took it to another place and that place opened the device and found the information needed on the parts themselves, and fixed the problem for us (ordered parts and installed).
