highly disappointed with my color – I went here because of the recommendations I read on this website. Big mistake. My color, which took hours and was extremely expensive, was not at all what I asked for. I requested highlights and emphasized my desire that they look natural. I walked away with all-over color and extreme streaks. I cried this morning when I got a look at it again. Nice people but problematic at best.

BALAYAGE is much better than traditional highlight and/or hair coloring – I didn't know anything about BALAYAGE until I met Emily of New Look Beauty Salon. I was there for a highlight last wednesday, and she performed a technique called BALAYAGE on my hair. VERY NICE BRAZILIAN WAXING JOB – Emily is the most wonderful waxing professional I've ever met. Her friendly personality makes you feel instantly comfortable, and she knew exactly what she was doing. Of course it hurt, but it was so quick, and she did everything to make it as pleasant as possible. I've been going now every month, and every time it's easier and easier. Very good, nice attention to detail, great service! – I walked in, no appointment. Fast service with a great smile! I spent an enjoyable 30 minutes in Emily's (Kimyen) chair. EMILY IS CLEARLY THE BEST!!! – Emily does the most amazing highlights you have ever seen - they grow out beautifully so you don't feel ugly in between touch-ups. A GREAT STYLIST AND A TRUE COLOR EXPERT! – Emily is fantastic! I went to her for help after I dyed my highlighted hair dark brown. She performed an absolute miracle and returned it back to a delightful, flattering blond in about 2 hours with zero damage.
