A local fav lived here for 1 year and it was the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. It is actually worst than a Section 8 apartment. The windows leak so bad, when it rains you have to put towels in the seal and keep changing them until the rain stops. I had MOLD growing and breathing on the wood work for who knows how long!! I had a frozen toilet for a week and they had to bring in heaters and thaw them out and cut holes in the wall to do it and than replaster the wall.
