This is my local medical clinic. I am a proud veteran of this country and this medical facility takes outstanding care of me.
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00, but I mistakenly thought it was at 9:30. I arrived at 9:18 and checked in. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour while other patients were seen, including an older gentleman who arrived late but was still taken in. After waiting so long, I rescheduled and came back for my appointment on time.
