I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00, but I mistakenly thought it was at 9:30. I arrived at 9:18 and checked in. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour while other patients were seen, including an older gentleman who arrived late but was still taken in. After waiting so long, I rescheduled and came back for my appointment on time. This is a great place for veterans to go to get their medical care. They have just about every clinic you need or if they have to. They will send you to New Haven to West Haven. Or to Newton Connecticut.
