I got my 4th tattoo at NL Ink. It came out horrible, had to finally say stop, and leave. Ended up on two rounds of antibiotics for the lovely staph infection I got from this dirty shop and unprofessional "artist". I have to get the tattoo totally covered up. I have missing spots, distorted images due to the infection. The design I chose the "artist" crudely drew on and said yes yes when I pointed out the pic as to the details I wanted.
