Avoid this place unless its an emergency. this place is an emergency room, not an urgent care. Once you step foot in this building, you will get billed approx $520 for an emergency room visit (obv depending on your insurance) to get common things such as antibiotics. I didn’t know places like this existed and obviously will never go back. Another issue is people will very likely not read this until its too late.

Same experience as others. Deceptive as it seems like urgent care, but billed as an ER visit. I tried to dispute the charge to no avail. They need to rebrand as this is deceptive and misleading. I have a $1,000 bill to have gotten my children a strep test. I can’t believe they carry on this way when so many others have had the same experience. Criminal.

Wow! I have used Express Care several times. The wait is never long. The care is exceptional. The staff is friendly and professional. They are so far above all the of the Express Care centers in the area in every aspect of care. All the people complaining about cost are victims of the system NOT the institution.

Disgustingly deceptive practice calling this an "Express care" it is NOT an urgent care, which means it will be billed as an ER visit. I expected a $35 copay and now have a $500 bill for a single antibiotic pill. Why even have this if it's the exact same thing as the ER?
