I always hated going to the dentist until I found this office a couple years ago, now I don't mind. Everyone is super nice!

The office was running behind a little and Tess let me know. What a difference it makes when they acknowledge that they are aware you are being inconvenienced A little thing that shows consideration for me. Dr. Merrill also apologized. Dental care was top rate, as usual.
I've been going to this dental practice for many years and I am very satisfied. Dentist is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
This is my second review because I forgot to mention all the newest equipment is here too. A couple years ago, I had a crown made on the spot with Dr. Merril's 3-D printer. No temporary crown for a week or two waiting for the "real" one to be made. This is status quo for this practice.
I drive for nearly an hour to get to New London Dental. Happily. I pass by many dentist offices to get there. Dr. Merril and staff are amazing. A couple crowns, root canal, fillings and never once a bit of pain. Not once. Plus, it is a fun group too.
First crown I have gotten without getting a temporary first. Amazing what can be done on computers, and the team was wonderful, from Dr. MERRILL to the front desk.
