Lot's of friendly smiles and I felt very comfortable while having my teeth cleaned. Dr Mertil took his time explaining what needs done.
Adjustments were made in a timely manner. Vicki and Ashley are awesome.
Staff is always pleasant and concerned with my comfort and does a wonderful job of explaining each step of their exam and dental work
i would not go any where else. They have the nicest, and most caring people who work there. They go above and beyond to try and make your visit a pleasant one. And if I need to get in right away for an unexpected visit, they have always managed to work me into their schedule.
I went to my first visit with New London detail today! I was so scared, didn’t sleep much last night. The staff welcomed me rite in. They were so friendly and nice. They were very helpful, even figured up my out of pocket cost for my next appointment! No need to be afraid of this office. The staff treated me excellent.
My son was seen by, I believe her name was Amanda, she was a hygienist. She was very thorough & explained in detail everything that she was going to do to ease his nerves. She was friendly, caring & overall amazing to have caring for my son! We also had Dr. Shelby (sorry about spelling) & she was awesome as well. The team overall from check in to check out was amazing. Glad we switched to this practice.
So happy to find a dental office who treat you with suck kindness and respect! My hygienist and dentist were top notch and did a great job explaining things to me and made me feel very comfortable. Can’t wait for me next cleaning 😀
I chipped my front tooth and called right away as I was leaving on vacation in two days. They got me in the next day. Great care and service.
