Owner Tod, son Jake and his work team successfully exhumed my aging 56 year old concrete tank and inserted a modern plastic two compartment version, doing it with surgical precision so as to not impact the leaching field which is still working fine. They go above and beyond in customer service. For example, I just bought a house and was trying to figure out where the septic was for landscaping purposes. Not only did the office staff contact the health dept for me to get the "as built" but the technician stopped by the house to mark it - all the same day! I could not believe in this day and age such good customer service. Everyone with a septic should use them!
Todd is an outstanding owner! He quoted us a reasonable rate to replace our driveway and investigate a sinking hole. We were concerned we had a water issue, but he investigated it thoroughly and navigated through it very thoughtfully. He comes in with big machinery that he handles very gingerly around our home and had minimal disturbance to existing landscapes and yard. New London Septic did an outstanding job. I was in the process of selling my home with a resulting inspection that indicated a problem with my septic system. There were no obvious symptoms. New London Septic independently confirmed a 'hidden' issue, worked with me to develop an investigation plan and completed the work as promised. The crew was knowledgeable, organized and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner with coordination with the health district inspectors.

I recently had to have my septic tank replaced for the sale of my house and New London County Septic was recommended to me. I am so, so glad that I used this company for the job. They were met with some challenges on this job and did an amazing job getting through it all. They were here when they said they would be (unlike a lot of contractors who do not do that), did the job in a timely manner, and finished the job as stated.
