These people are horrible. My daughter did not have full coverage on her vehicle. We contacted this company to let them know that we were working on getting the additional coverage added to the vehicle. We were constantly in touch with them letting them know that we were having literally jump through hoops with the insurance company. We even call the finance company on 3 way while speaking with this insurance so they would know what was going on.
