Complaint Statement: As a fellow medical professional, I’m deeply concerned with the decline in quality of care and communication I’ve experienced at this clinic. The nurse practitioners appear to spend no more than 10 minutes conducting annual physicals, while medical assistants handle most of the initial 15–20 minutes gathering information.
