Unqualified, unprofessional therapist.
I don't know what the one writer was talking about. There is no female answering the phone at New Life Psychological.
Unprofessional. She didn't even listen to what I had to say and instead sat there at her desk, clipping her nails. Unprofessional, rude, and uncaring. Steer clear if you want someone who listens and takes mental health seriously/
I phoned and left a voicemail a couple weeks ago. I didn't receive a call back for 4 days (1 of which was a weekend day). They phoned me and left a 1 minute and 42 second pocket dial shuffling noise voicemail. Phone me again 20 minutes later and denied ever phoning me the first time. Didn't really seem interested in understanding why I wanted therapy. Set up an appointment for today at 4pm and told me he (Dr. Pugh) would send me an email with intake forms.
