I'm disappointed. I've been actively searching for a psychiatrist, and even though I'm covered by insurance, the moment of my first appointment they told me to pay out of pocket. I can’t so they made me cancel the appointment. One of my insurance agents actually called the provider on my behalf to confirm that they are in-network and even offered to transfer them to the correct department to get things sorted. They are the best, the Psychiatrist really listens to my problems, and always says something that I did not think of, and helps most of my problems go away, I recommend him to my own mother. He is very good, professional, and really cares about his patients.

If you need a psych in a pinch and have no other option this place is good for a couple months, but I do not recommend for any longer.

I have to agree with these negative reviews. Also to add, if you have an appointment sometimes you'll find you never hear from them at all. They don't even bother to reschedule or let you know, they just don't show up or call. Awful. Is this how a mental HEALTHCARE practice should be treating people with real mental health issues? They should be investigated to say the least. They are a money pit. I have to share this . I have a severe anxiety disorder as well as depression which I hate to admit but it’s relevant here . I had gotten a new insurance and asked if they took it. They told me yes and come that day of my appointment, I found out that they actually didn’t accept the insurance, and I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket so I canceled the appointment.
