They are the best, the Psychiatrist really listens to my problems, and always says something that I did not think of, and helps most of my problems go away, I recommend him to my own mother. He is very good, professional, and really cares about his patients.
If you need a psych in a pinch and have no other option this place is good for a couple months, but I do not recommend for any longer.
I have to agree with these negative reviews. Also to add, if you have an appointment sometimes you'll find you never hear from them at all. They don't even bother to reschedule or let you know, they just don't show up or call. Awful. Is this how a mental HEALTHCARE practice should be treating people with real mental health issues? They should be investigated to say the least. They are a money pit. I have to share this . I have a severe anxiety disorder as well as depression which I hate to admit but it’s relevant here . I had gotten a new insurance and asked if they took it. They told me yes and come that day of my appointment, I found out that they actually didn’t accept the insurance, and I couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket so I canceled the appointment. Doctor seemed nice at first in person visit. Made it seem like he would be available if I had any questions or concerns. Fast forward a few months now I am stuck dealing with his wife who says I have to make an follow up appointment for any of the issues I was having. So I had to just do my own research and be my own doctor. At first the doctor said payment was not a problem because times are very hard so I was always paying as soon as I got paid.
