Dropped down to two stars for their poor treatment towards me. After being with them for 8 years, there is a certain level of professionalism that I expect from medical professionals. The doctor screamed at me because I expected him to give prior authorization for all of my medications instead of one half of it. Now I am missing my medication for almost a week. I'm disappointed. I've been actively searching for a psychiatrist, and even though I'm covered by insurance, the moment of my first appointment they told me to pay out of pocket. I can’t so they made me cancel the appointment. One of my insurance agents actually called the provider on my behalf to confirm that they are in-network and even offered to transfer them to the correct department to get things sorted. They are the best, the Psychiatrist really listens to my problems, and always says something that I did not think of, and helps most of my problems go away, I recommend him to my own mother. He is very good, professional, and really cares about his patients.
If you need a psych in a pinch and have no other option this place is good for a couple months, but I do not recommend for any longer.
