Nick helped us renovate a home we purchased in Cortez, CO. His team started demo 3 days after we closed on the property and completed a thorough renovation on an agreed upon timeline so we could move in prior to the start of the school year. Nick is a great communicators online (we were working overseas during the renovation) and in person. I recently converted a home into a rental property in Cortez. Unfortunately, living in Denver made this not so easily done. Luckily for me, I chose to utilize Sage Properties! They had the best response time, gave good advice on the fix-up and they were very professional. Sage Properties saved our lodge last winter when the roof collapsed. We contacted many contractors and Sage Properties were the only ones who came up with a plan to get it done in time for us to be able to open the summer. The lodge looks absolutely beautiful and we are forever grateful for their diligence in getting it done in time for us to open. Thank you guys!
