My physical therapists at New Life immediately figured out the cause of my severe left upper back pain. I was started on strengthening and stretching exercises per their instructions. I was carefully evaluated twice a week and given written instructions on my home therapy. It was very easy to call New Life to answer my questions. Aside from 1st week of PT (due to ER visit for eye problem, I did NOT do exercises 2 days that week), I have done prescribed exercises 2x per day daily (& sneaked in a 3rd time in a day on 2 days to make up some of the missed days). Im feeling more mobile, tho I still stiffen up overnight. I received a steroid injection on Jan 26, which is helping immensely now. In the distant past, tho, steroids wore off in 3 weeks. I had trouble with my ears... clicking in them when I turned my head, sounded like I was in a tunnel when I spoke, like people were under water when they spoke, no dizziness. But it was horrid! Bryan served me, after several visits, and doing the exercises he gave me at home all those symptoms disappeared!
