Amazing details! Not only will Dr. Tindall explain what you need to do for a healthier lifestyle but he tells you the how’s and what’s of certain vitamins and minerals will assist in meeting his patients goals. Just by changing my ‘lifestyle’ my A1C went down 3 pts. No need for pharmaceuticals! Not to mention feeling energised and less stressed! Five star rating isn’t exactly truthful, he needs at least a nine star rating!
