I scheduled an appointment and got the confirmation for it. I showed up, and the place was closed. No call, no email, no sign on the door... nothing. I called the number they provided in the confirmation email, left a voice message, and waited. I eventually got a text back saying they were in a meeting and they would call me back in a minute... It's been almost two hours since that text message, and I haven't heard anything else. Really unprofessional.

Poor service. Made an appointment, they obviously took too many walk ins than they could manage before my appt. There’s only one person there who does all the things, so you’ll start with someone else and then have to wait quite a while for this other person to do the more advanced stuff. My manicure with gel took 2 hours when it normally doesn’t take more than 45 mins anywhere else. And one of my nails broke the next day. When I went to get it fixed they said I’d need to come in another day. Never going back.

I use to come here 1+ year ago and previously had great experiences but the last handful of times I’ve come have been honestly pretty terrible. Last month I came and the guy who did my nails did a very sloppy job, there was polish all around my nail beds and fingers. He also dipped my fingers so far into the dip they were stained red for days all the way up to my knuckles. Got a deluxe pedicure. It was amazing and the staff was so friendly and talented. Very clean and considerate
