Excellent service, fast, reliable, friendly, respectful.
I live at a co-op where New life Management and their many, many contractors operate. Our unit's front door was recently kicked hard enough to shake the walls of our home. When we asked New Life Management to check the CCTV footage (which is their job) so that we could file a police report, they refused. New Life Management claimed the kick was "nothing" and was rude during the phone conversation. Now someone is vandalizing my family's vehicles overnight at the co-op.
