Excellent viewing of my suite
I hate having someone come into my suite for an inspection, but Alex was exceptional. Very business like, but personable. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. Was thorough, not intrusive or judgemental. I thought he had to pull out the appliances to get the ser. nbrs. but he said not necessary nowadays. I said, you mean I cleaned there for nothing? He laughed. Anyways, it’s all done now AND I have clean spots!
Very friendly and professional. Explained what they were going to do and asked clarifying questions.
