Some of them have NEVER been on the ground of NEW Life HEALTH Care Agency. For some, due to their unprofessional behaviour caused them to be fired. NEW LIFE HEALTH CARE AGENCY would never have been fully commissioned and certificated by the Joint Commission if New Life HEALTH Care Agency was that Bad as claimed by those.
As a staff with the agency I will back the point of views and decisions that are implemented, and it is unfortunate that past agency administration and staff have led the agency to be more selective and diligent about what is best for the agency and its offered services and it’s service recipients.
