This was my first time at New Life Foot & Body Spa and it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had getting a massage! The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and the service at the front desk was very friendly and professional! I got a 90 minute foot & body combo and I added hot stones and cupping. It was my first time getting a dedicated foot massage I loved it. I didn't know what to expect but the atmosphere was very quiet and calm. It takes me a while to get comfortable but the woman working on my feet did a great job. By the end I was totally relaxed.

A very professional place and they really listen to the customer. I had a deep tissue total body massage with Vicki and she checked in along the way to make sure the pressure was right. She spent the appropriate amount of time on each part of the body needed as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I was in such pain and the services were incredible. I have been looking for massage place on the East side of Madison and New Life Foot and Body Spa is exactly what I've been looking form the spa is clean and welcoming (I love the fish tanks). The staff are friendly, and seem to enjoy their work. Most importantly, the massage was spectacular. I booked morning of and had Helen. I got a massage here from Lena, and she did a fantastic job. Before you even get started, they have you circle areas on a picture of where you want more attention to be focused, so if you have a bad back or any problem areas, it is nice that you can have them spend some more time on that spot. Lena was super nice and very attentive to how I was reacting during the massage.
