Dr. Park, Jocelyn, Julio and everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly and really listen to you, and your concerns. That’s very important, and much appreciated.
I wrote a previous review outlining my frustration with this office. Dr Osafi Javid called to reassure me they are certain the procedure can be done with some guidance, I went there 2 days, on day 1, I ate some nuts (no food) and 2. 2nd day my reading of my blood pressure were too high. Procedure was stopped as a precaution. So to update my experience he (Doctor) said he will try to get it done next week.
Amateur hour. Incompetence. Paid for upper arch. Went for procedure and was sent home because I drank water. Rescheduled for next day again sent home, said my blood pressure was too high. I checked my blood pressure 3 times when I got home. Each time they were below 115. Called to reschedule again, this no one answers. Ripped off.
New Life Dental truly gave me a new life. All my teeth were breaking especially in front and I had no idea of arches put in with 6 implants and I am ready for Hollywood. Shortly after I celebrated Thanksgiving dinner with some friends. They are fantastic and it was the people that convinced me to do this. The first day I came to look into these arch implants they spent four hours with me. The technicians like Rebecca, Julio, Enroco and Ricardo made me feel special. I've got a new life as well as I know the Lord for myself.
