New Life is the best! I did my research, and from the very first phone call with Luis, I knew that I had found the right place. Jen, at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful from the start, as she guided me through my medical clearance and details about my appointments. Michelle was my special dental assistant. Allen was a very helpful assistant. He explained every aspect of the All-on-6 implant procedure clearly and thoroughly, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. We truly appreciated his knowledge and support throughout the process. He also scheduled all of our appointments in advance, making everything organized and stress-free. His excellent service and attention to detail made the entire experience much smoother.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I'm not sure who decided where to place the implants, but this place is awful. I'm on my 3rd final in a year. Every time it breaks It's exactly the same place. This will be my 4th. If I had to do it over, I would NEVER go to this place. It happened while I was on vacation, which is now completely ruined because of these hacks. No wonder they only give a 1-year warranty. Don't expect a call back when it breaks. They are more interested in getting people to give them their money.
