Took my 78 year old mom (she had fallen and bruised her buttocks pretty badly) and I also did it. Great experience, felt relaxed but at the same time energized afterwards. My mom said she felt so happy and relaxed afterwards - you got to love those endorphins :) Great people, great pricing!
1st Time there was Yesterday & it was Amazing. Had a Great time learning about the process & felt refreshed after. Will definitely Be Back!!
