I made an appointment on a Tuesday for a massage on Friday. I arrived to my appointment on time. After waiting almost 20 minutes after my massage was supposed to start, the receptionist tells me that he had recieved a text message from from massage therapist saying she wouldnt make it. He offered no explaination... Just said "she wouldnt make it." He asked me if Id like to reschedule and of course I said no. Ive been going to this place for several years and have always had great service. The owner, Rebecca, has always made me feel comfortable there and has always tried to work around my schedule. She has done several laser hair removal treatments on me, and I am quite amazed by the results. After about eight treatments, most of the hair is gone and hasnt grown back after two or three years. What little that has grown back (2% to 5%) is softer and lighter. She said I can try the laser treatments again and it might get the rest, ... read more
