I had called this morning Monday April 18th. To see about having my car worked on by you all. Unfortunately the call got dropped . I then ended up having a voicemail from Steven that was rather unprofessional and rather rude. I think I will look elsewhere for a more professional shop. This is rather unfortunate for the business because it was going to be several thousand dollars worth of work to be done.

I Took My Ford Explorer to New Life Because it was loosing pressure . He repaired it in less than 30 min's & only charged me 50 bucks. He could have told me the enguine blew up & I would have not known the difference. He's a Great & honest mechanic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
