Catrina and the blonde nurse practitioner are absolutely amazing. i have a very severe anxiety disorder, so i was already pretty nervous by default lol, but i also have had traumatic past experiences with other gynecologists that added to that fear a lot. Catrina and the NP made me feel SO safe and comfortable, they acknowledged and validated my past experiences, reassured me as much as i needed, etc. normally i am too nervous to even ask questions or bring up concerns, but they made it such a safe, comfortable space for me ... read more
Whoever answers the phones should NOT be answering phones. So incredibly rude and disrespectful its unreal. The doctors here are great but unfortunately the scheduling person outweighs that with how absolutely awful she is. Ive had both my children with Hendricks and NEVER encountered an issue like this, they need a staff makeover, not okay.
Love love love it here! Always so helpful and nice. My new insurance was only sending my prescription one month at a time when I normally received a three month supply. One 2 minute phone call to New Life Associates, and I’m back to normal. I know it’s not a big deal, but that’s kind of the point. Even when it was simply a matter of my own convenience, they still fixed my problem. Couldn’t recommend enough!
