I asked for a refill on my prescription. The lady who answered the phone told me they can no longer refill my prescription for me since I live out of state. Which I find weird since I moved in 2023 and Dr. Gentry has sent my prescription out of state every time since then. The date today is 08/18/2026. My last appointment was 08/28/2025, which means it has not been a full year yet and I should be able to get a refill on my prescription. Catrina and the blonde nurse practitioner are absolutely amazing. i have a very severe anxiety disorder, so i was already pretty nervous by default lol, but i also have had traumatic past experiences with other gynecologists that added to that fear a lot. Catrina and the NP made me feel SO safe and comfortable, they acknowledged and validated my past experiences, reassured me as much as i needed, etc. normally i am too nervous to even ask questions or bring up concerns, but they made it such a safe, comfortable space for me ... read more
Whoever answers the phones should NOT be answering phones. So incredibly rude and disrespectful its unreal. The doctors here are great but unfortunately the scheduling person outweighs that with how absolutely awful she is. Ive had both my children with Hendricks and NEVER encountered an issue like this, they need a staff makeover, not okay.
