This is my 5th time here & my cuticles were cut multiple times here by the owner while getting a simple manicure. I shouldn’t have come back after the first time it happened. When I approached the owner about it happening on multiple occasions, she said she’d be more careful this time. Yet, it happened again and this time I was bleeding a bit. All I got was a “sorry”. I use to come here when they first opened and I don't know what the hell happened.. Cindy (the owner) got so mean , the old staff isn't there any more and they're so rude, once in a blue you'll meet someone who will crack a smile for a tip 😂

Absolutely terribly The lady in charge behind the counter was so rude and ill mannered. She kept pulling my arms and hands not to mention when I told her that on of the nails were uneven and if she could fix it she snapped at me talking about “wait till I’m done then I’m not done” EVEN WHEN SHE WAS DONE my nails were shorter than I asked. And when my nails were painted I was checking to see if she missed a spot and she kept raising her voice in a attitude fashion telling me to put my hands under the gel light.
