I’m gonna stay here what I wish I could’ve said in person. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Ray did not tell me ahead of time that this was gonna be double. Instead of paying 200 I paid 400. The only thing she communicated was that it was taking a while because of how old my hair is. She did not tell me it was gonna be double. Left out in tears. The whole experience was already chaotic and overstimulating anyway but I was gonna look past that until you waited until right at the end to let me know that it was gonna be double.

Omg where to start… this salon is amazing and the crew there is very welcoming, they took me with no hesitation as a walk-in and I have absolutely no complaints, such a pleasant experience… and after kennya finish with my hair I felt elated, although I came in wit damage hair from a bad installment, she washed and treated my hair and assure me she will get it back to its natural state… I’m very appreciative of the ladies at New level salon can’t wait to see where this hair journey take us!

OMG THE GIRL JASMINE AT THIS SALON IS DEFINITELY A COME TO PERSON LITERALLY SHE DID MY BABY GIRL HAIR SOOOO PRETTY AND LETS NOT FORGET THE OWNER OF THE SALON SHES DEFINITELY THE TRUTH WITH TEETH WHITENING ETC LOVE THIS PLACE (5 STARS)
