We have been using New Level Home Care services about two years. My mom is bed bounded. Kay is very kind. My mom and I consider her as a part of the family. If my mom have a doctor appointment, she will call and ask about all the details in the visit and she act accordingly. She is very knowledgeable. We follow her suggestions and her instructions which are very beneficial ; my mom health improves so much since she started with us. She is very responsive to our messages and calls.
