I scheduled an appointment two months in advance for October. A couple weeks before the appointment I got a call that the doctor would not be working that day and that they would need to reschedule my appointment …. in January. You mean the handful appointments for that day could not be fitted into the schedule sooner than January or expanded over a period of weeks or months? Saw Amber 3 times. When I called her out of her mistake, instead of trying to fix the situation she told me that I can no longer see her. So great to have a provider that refuses to acknowledge their mistakes and shoves patients out the door when she doesn't like what they have to say about her practice. Will never refer anyone here.

Called to ask if they offer a service and was told they could and to make an appointment. After scheduling time off work, a traffic filled commute, copay, arranging childcare, etc just for them to tell me they don’t offer the service. Why waste already stressed out patients time? The staff is nice but that only goes so far when they aren’t able to communicate to patients what should have been a simple “we don’t offer that”.

False advertising. I just called and they said they do not offer any counseling sessions or therapy. Only medication management available. So, feed them pills and off they go! That's not counseling or therapy. Sorry. Not sorry. Change your business title.

Very clean !!! PA is very understanding! Staff in office are kind and always friendly
