I know how busy they are managing several properties and being on the ball like that is wonderful . They make me feel that I am important and they care . New Leaf Properties, managed by Steve Osmond, has shown a consistent pattern of negligence, obstruction, and disregard for the law. My condo flooded from an area they control and has sustained horrible damages under their management. My condo had a huge blockage in a drain outside the front door that I don’t manage. New Leaf Property made inconsistent and inaccurate reports of the damages from this and minimized the damages to benefit themself.
