My condo flooded from an area they control and has sustained horrible damages under their management. My condo had a huge blockage in a drain outside the front door that I don’t manage. New Leaf Property made inconsistent and inaccurate reports of the damages from this and minimized the damages to benefit themself. New Leaf Property waited way too long to fix it or allow repairs and made inconsistent and inaccurate reports of the damages. New Leaf has a statutory obligation to maintain and repair common property for condo owners.
