After the third message, as there was never anyone answering their phone, I get a text asking what do I need. I replied I need a call back and that was four days ago. Guess what? No response and no call back. Seems like I'm in good company with their other reviews.

I am happy with the New Leaf PM since 2021. They are flexible, not like other Property Management, one way or no way…

I truly don't see the point on New Leaf Property Management having a website and an office. The customer service is horrible. A 24 hour phone number is listed on their web, when no one answers or returns your questions/ request. You send an email and they reply when they feel like it. But, let the 1st of each month start, and you better pay the HOA fees, otherwise late fees will be charge. But the condominium complex is full of trash. Unbelievable!
