I've lived in a couple properties owned and managed by New Leaf Properties for several years now. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite reasonable, and any issues that arise (I had a clogged shower drain a while back) the staff are quick to address and remedy. I recently had a pretty traumatic thing happen to both my wife and I, it changed a lot for us, and we weren't ready for all of the changes.
