Good place to stay. Rates are great and management are really nice people. Definitely recommend staying here.
Clean, fast wifi and employees are very attentive to small details in the rooms. Great lighting around their properties and having cameras would makes anyone feel safer staying here. Also they own the laundry mat Handy Wash which clean and the price is great!
My experience thier was bad years ago but its good the clean up the old hotel wish they'd come to idaho falls and give a new leaf to all the abandoned hotels here

I've lived in a couple properties owned and managed by New Leaf Properties for several years now. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are quite reasonable, and any issues that arise (I had a clogged shower drain a while back) the staff are quick to address and remedy. I recently had a pretty traumatic thing happen to both my wife and I, it changed a lot for us, and we weren't ready for all of the changes.
