Extremely disappointed with the response we received here during a medical emergency. An employee of mine fainted at our nearby workplace and needed urgent attention. When we brought him to this clinic, staff refused to see him, saying they were fully booked and taking him in would take a timeslot from another patient. There was no attempt to assess the severity of his condition or offer any interim support before we had to seek help elsewhere.
