This place iS SORT OF DIFFERENT THEN BEFORE TO MY UNDERSTANDING, ITS PRETTY MUCH A CIRCUS RESEARCH STUDY, THEY REALLY PLAY ON YOUR MENTAL DISORDER AND UNSUPPORTIVE TO PEOPLE STAYING SOBER, ITS KIND OF FALLING OFF INTO A UNMANAGED DAYCARE FOR ADDICTS. IT SEEMS THEY STRIVE FOR RELAPSES, THE TEACHERS AND THERAPISTS ARE GREAT 10/10 BUT OTHER STAFF IS IN THE WAY WITH WEIRD INTERFERENCE AND MENTAL SCREWING, NOT TO MENTION THE POWER TRIPS!!
This is a great place that was willing and able to provide a quality treatment from a committed staff that stood beside me through my phase 1 and 2 journey!
When I came to New Leaf I had been fighting not only my addiction but my mental health as well. I had been able to not use for years but eventually my untreated mental health got so bad I returned to use and almost lost everything. I had been mismedicated and misdiagnosed for years. These people will be all the help in the world until you go against them. I was bullied and picked in in the sober living program and we're I left they were eager and willing to file false police reports and tell me to come down and get my EBT card. My EBT card wasn't even there they lied to me. I did nothing wrong except stand up for myself.
