The program classes etc amazing it's the house manager for me disrespectful and don't know what she is doing very weak I got put out for getting permission to go to church smh at 9 at night thank GOD I DIDNT RELAPSE DUE TO MY STRONG SUPPORT SYSTEM IM pissed foreal
This place is amazing to say the least. After 12 solid years behind the walls of KY DOC, I was reluctant at the beginning ,but was given the tools to battle my way through an entire different world then I had once lived in. Thank you all ♥️
the programming that this agency provides is phenomenal. it is the only true duel diagnosis treatment program I have ever seen. The staff is patient and caring and the staff to patient ratio is 5-1 or better. if you are looking for duel diagnosis outpatient treatment for mental health/substance use disorder you simply won't find anywhere better, not in Louisville anyway.
ALL FUTURE EMPLOYESS: I was hired on by this clinic as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed a week worth of training and several hours of DUI training to become a certified instructor. I was trained by the Nurse Practitioner that was leaving. She happened to be sick and got me sick . I called in Monday and Tuesday following my training and was notified on Tuesday afternoon that I was fired for being sick.
