When I came to New Leaf I had been fighting not only my addiction but my mental health as well. I had been able to not use for years but eventually my untreated mental health got so bad I returned to use and almost lost everything. I had been mismedicated and misdiagnosed for years. These people will be all the help in the world until you go against them. I was bullied and picked in in the sober living program and we're I left they were eager and willing to file false police reports and tell me to come down and get my EBT card. My EBT card wasn't even there they lied to me. I did nothing wrong except stand up for myself.
As far as the IOP classes, while I do think 6 days is a little excessive, I do like them in general. The staff there are very helpful, caring, understanding, and just all around nice people for the most part. As far as the hosuing goes, I really like the house itself. It's really nice, updated, very clean, and in a good neighborhood for the most part. (Im in Saint Catherine house and cant speak for the other houses.) The program classes etc amazing it's the house manager for me disrespectful and don't know what she is doing very weak I got put out for getting permission to go to church smh at 9 at night thank GOD I DIDNT RELAPSE DUE TO MY STRONG SUPPORT SYSTEM IM pissed foreal
